I finally decided to re post it again after double checking I was in the right thread! Lol!
Thank you so much for your thoughtful and interesting answer to my post above. You are right collecting watches with film affiliations could be the next trend after (blue) gloves!! Lol!
Now, regarding Blow Up, which I viewed in around 1966/67 when it was premiered in my Country and then a couple of more times during the following years, is some kind of a cult film among movie aficionados and a film that has always fascinated me.
Anyway your correlation to JFK assasination and Zapruder film never came to my mind but find it so appropriate and amazing. Interesting to read that Quinn made same observation in that early review. You surely did a deep reading on the meaning of this film. I haven´t viewed My Dinner with Andre but you inspire me to search and view it.
I feel like you that your 321 new version of Ed White model would be the best stunt double on First Man!! That´s a wonderful watch, probably the most important variant among the modern Speedmasters I feel.
Thank you so much for your answer to my post and sharing these interesting thoughts.
Have a nice Sunday my dear friend. A big hug for you Art!!
Best, Abel
