Ha ha ha! Thank you Nicolas!! Well actually I declare year 2008 was the start of my Horological Madness because I bought myself that Explorer 114270 for my 60th birthday...

... on that year and the fact I also received a large book about Rolex History as a b-day present which added fuel to the watch illness I cought.
By 2008 I already had a little gathering of watches, about a dozen of them which included three Rolex an various other brands from a G Shock to a Citizen Aqualand. But 90 percent of the time I had my faithful Rolex Submariner 1680 of 1977 on my wrist. I liked watches so much but never thought of collecting them till that year.
Discovering PuristS forum around 2010 was another milestone in this story of my relationship with watches. Our Forum taught me that there was a wonderful World beyond my beloved Rolex brand to explore and enjoy.
And yes, since then I devoted most of my free time after work (and my budget! Lol!) to explore it with passion and madness.
It has been a very enjoyable voyage indeed making good friends, visiting great places and discovering exciting pieces.
I should add that I blame certain Vladesque friend in Paris for inflicting me additional horological virus sharing his own pieces and passion here. Lol!
Thank you so much amigo Nicolas!
