great Accutron Mike. why did they never become the icons they deserved to be
i've always loved them, NASA loved them, the Concorde designers loved them, but despite their supreme accuracy on the wrist they were still beaten by the curse of the Quartz. very sad.

I've been to the AD and have tried it on for size on more than one occasion...at this point of time, I have gotten feedback that I might as well have a clock strapped to my wrist :-D No giving up though....and will keep trying!

I've always stayed away from Rolex...too common and boring, was my take, but have always like the Explorer II and this...so it is my favorite current Rolex too I've also changed my mind about them now that I've seen for myself the quality of their pieces....
