Announcing our March event of WS for next Friday 7th. Theme: "Just three hands" ...
Hello dear friends:
We will start our traditional WS event for March next Friday 7th and I will have the pleasure to be your host.
Our Theme for next weekend will be "Just three hands" and we are requesting our participants to share with us your favorite watches featuring only hours, minutes and seconds display.
We also would like to view your favorite or unusual hand sets in your three hands timepieces. If you send a close up of your dial and handset it will be nice to include an additional shot of the entire watch as well.
As usual participants can send shots for any or both of our traditional categories: "Best Wrist Shot" or "Best Static Shot".
All entries received will automatically participate in the "Best Watch of the Week" category and an Special category "Classic Watches" will be judged by our friend Art/Dr. No choosing among vintage watches shared through the weekend.
Please wait for my opening post for the event next Friday to begin sending your entries.
I wish we will have another very fun and enjoyable edition of our classic feature: Wrist Scan!

Will day and/or date displays be ok too?
And how about other non-time features like power-reserve, etc?
I believe Abel is limiting entries to time-only movements . . .
. . . without any complications of any kind, Greg. And he's also restricting two- or one-handed watches as well. We'll save that theme for a future installment of Wrist Scan. ;-)
