This is probably my worst entry ever. But it’s true, when I travel, this Apple ‘Wrist Device’, is what I am wearing and my watch is in my bag. I find it very usable and fun to use, it even hold my boarding cards. Have a great weekend gents and don’t kick ...

Ok, so here are some few: GP GMT, Gde Date, Moonphase - a great cool companion The Reverso GMT is a versatile choice I often take with me.. JLC Geophysic Universal Time - a superb World Time but almost a bit too fancy.. & this one just is a real GADA ...  

An nice photomontage as well.

And great pictures of it too. Cannot agree more on the GADA nature of the ABR, too.

You know, there's something about that first Zodiac that seems so appropriate for traveling in Afrique. It has an aura about it, and it looked perfect in your Morocco shots. To me it was made for that trip; that or for doing naughty things in the Bay Area... 

but did 2 visits there in 2016 so due another soon - it’s one of my favourite countries. There’s also been work in Frankfurt, Hamburg, Amsterdam, Nantes & Dublin plus London trips every month, sometimes twice - always some pleasures involved too ;-)

Nice to have so many options to have on the wrist when traveling! Tough choice to make if faced with selecting just one of them! Hagwe my friend! Abel

Been on the hunt for one for a while

in september and i just get a new flawless dial after a very long hunt

A dual time watch with single "fuseau". Manual wind movement drives both time displays so they are always synchronised for minutes shown. The rose gold version bought in rue de la Paix, Paris and white gold piece from Ginza, Tokyo. Cartier Paris Collectio...

The LM1 with dual time timing, is good for travel too....one for home time, and another for local. Easy to set too, and can do half and quarter hours, great for those visiting the Indian sub continent for example. Best, Horo Hororgasm for PPro ...

Montblanc!! Fabulous!! Not bad option the Seiko of course!! Here my entries this week end: a ref 16710 GMT in Coke bezel colors and a Seiko too: GMT Ltd edition with a fabulous burgundy red dial. GMT are among the best travel companions I feel and these t...  

In order: I like the old Leica case; the Leica; the Rolex; the coke sign; the Seiko; and the photographs. But that's it.

Btw - my extended family of old was based in Argentina (and Uruguay) during 30’s & 40’s setting up first diesel electric generators. Up until the 80’s they where still going - I wonder if they are now? The engines where made in Manchester by Lister Blacks... 

... And in my young years in the late 1960's and mid 70's I visited Local Lister offices as an external auditor working for Price Waterhouse of whom Lister was a client. Years later Lister Company was dissolved in my Country and all assets were sold to a ... 

My uncle (now in his 80's), and who's parents where based there during WW2 (as a 6yo boy he saw the Graf Spee leave Montevideo), was the last member of the family to work for the company - he would travel to B Aires and conduct meetings from the airport a...

Seiko was the official time keeper for the 1964 Tokyo Olympics. They created two World Time watches (6217-7000) to commemorate the Games: one with a grey dial and one with a white dial. These were only produced for that '64 calendar year. White Dial glam ...
