 By: Cpt Scarlet : April 9th, 2021-04:15
Hello dear friends, This weekend our theme is “Dials”, a theme very much on show from the various manufacturers new offerings this year. The first thing that most of us connect with visually when buying a watch is the dial, it could be the colour, the fin...

That’s a good shot ...

Not sure I have seen this dial version of the PC before 🙌🏻👌🏻👏🏻

I can not agree more, thanks sir.

 By: ninolitaliano : April 11th, 2021-02:39

Yes, definitely loved the dial!

 By: eklektik : April 9th, 2021-06:58
I like that the small second is off-centered which is unusual and on a square sub-dial (it matches the main square dial). I like that the dial is guilloché (guilloché-ed inenglish? ). I like the very useful 8-day power reserve with its special "porthole" ...

Good choice, mon ami.

Thank you for your kind complement!

 By: ZSHSZ : April 10th, 2021-14:07
I must admit that the pure, simple, classic design was the reason I chose the not so popular white dial... Your black dial is just stellar, maybe somewhere down the road you might add the white as well;-))) Have a great weekend!

My big pleasure ZSHSZ ! This is a very nice watch indeed and each version has its special different character. Regrettably the PP representative in my Country closed its doors at ends 2019...

 By: Subexplorer : April 11th, 2021-08:54

The more I think of it, it may well be my favourite Rolex dial of all time. Many will likely not agree, but I am deeply partial to the frosted texture and find it a wonderful way to showcase the unique properties of platinum in a restrained manner.

When I met Kari I explained that I would actually like a PR on the watch as it's a manual wind. He then had a picture on the CAD of one he was designing for another client and I said that's what I want. It added another CHF 8000 to the bill. The guilloche...
