Because they rhyme! I enjoy the lightness of titanium, especially on this "Sakura" GS. Such a joy on the wrist, and Seiko manages to polish Ti in a way that makes it glow. Tantalum, for that distinctive blue-ish grey hue that complements the dial of the C...

The GS dial is awesome! I have no experience with tantalum but your FP Journe looks fantastic with the striking grey bluish color of its case. Like you, I like platinum for the pleasant heft it adds to the experience of wearing watches with this rich meta...

I've been thinking of one, but worried about patina. I have to say, the combo of the silver case with the dial is a winner for me!

As always the choice you present is astounding! And there’s something in every metal, or more correctly every material 👍🏻👌🏻 That palladium is a really superb choice!

I was not sure about it’s brown dial but it looks stunning in your picture!

... Very comfortable to wear due to ist weight as well it gives an stealthy color which adds to its military looks. All Brozos are stunning watches and the color of the dial is just a matter of personal tastes. I confess you that the green dial of the fir... 

I find the watch extremely pleasant on the wrist but the bracelet seems to be very wrist size and shape dependent - on mine it’s very uncomfortable for instance 🤷🏻‍♂️

As you well say it all depends in wrist shape how this milanese straps fits or not. Of course there is always the possibility of wearing with the supplied Nato with its special patern or any other Nato or straps, or changing for other type of brushed stee... 

I fully see where you’re coming from with some of the more novel materials. I sometimes get the impression that putting an interesting name out counts more than actual benefits. Not always - ceramics I clearly see the advantages of, for instance but there...

Much prefer the watches to stay more or less like at the start. I think Tudor did a great job with the new silver case of the BB58, which should not acquire the standard silver patina 👍🏻

Yes - it came out in 2015. Limited edition of 20 - I managed to get #1 It shipped with a carbon black strap which I swap out for their Kudu strap for the summer. The dial tends to pick up the reflected color of the strap as you can see from this photo ...  

although on a daily basis, i prefer stainless steel and among them, these 2 are my favourites... ...
