Hi all, what is the fastet turnaround time you have ever experienced when having a full service performed?

My latest experience was 7 business days with IWC, including sending it from the boutique and then back. This is a record! The watch was serviced in Schaffhausen, rather than in Richemont's service center in Villars-sur-Glâne.

what about quality assurance/quality control? if they did a full overhaul and disassembled the movement and cleaned it and reassembled and applied lubrication, I would hope the watchmaker would also do 100 hours or more of testing in multiple positions th...

All done and IWC gives 2 years of warranty from the date of service. The watch also keeps perfect time and they included a protocol of the work performed.

IWC watches may be excessively expensive for they offer, but service and reliability of timekeeping have never been an issue in my experience.
