There is some tarnish on the bezel. I just leave it be though. It doesn't bother me as it is part of the natural process of the aging of the watch. I am not familiar with what 'foxing' is. But there are a few points around the edges where the silver surface layer on the dial that are disturbed. Again it doesn't bother me. This watch went to VC Geneva, and this is how it came back after all necessary restoration work.

The indices are gold batons with a mirror polished top surface.
