As you explained, it might be that this started as a semi-private label for the casa standard and then was decided to become a VC label - hence the more jewels and inscription on the movement, while, as in the example above only the inscription is there and you still have a straight lever - so this would not qualify for the later let's say VC-CR.

Not having the jeweled center wheel, not having the inscription on it and not having a fine adjustment - just a plain lever - were the reasons that made me pass this one.
