I love your reverse panda and I have enjoyed your posts on here and the Rolex forums about your watch. I think your post on the Rolex forum about you buying the reverse panda contained one of the few pictures of the blue panda - I think someone posted some pictures of the various Overseas models following a visit to the London VC boutique.

Vacheron Overseas Chronograph Blue Panda Limited Edition

 By: GWIS : August 3rd, 2019-13:00
I understand that VC originally launched this watch, in late 2018, following the refurbishment of their Zürich boutique. The boutique is at 38 Bahnhofstrasse and so there are 38 pieces for the chronograph and the time/date model. Although this model was l...

I don’t think VC publicised it at all. Even the other boutiques did not know about it. I only discovered it through a post on Timezone regarding this year’s SIHH.

Huge congratulations!

I bought my first VC Overseas only recently and can easily confirm what you have said about its qualities. The chrono is a beautiful piece, in particular with the panda dial, but for me, a date window between 4 and 5 is a no-go for any watch. Enjoy it to ...

Thanks.

I know what you mean about the date but I honestly don’t notice it when wearing the watch. Having the date in that position doesn’t seem to have affected sales of Royal Oak Chronographs either! Best wishes Jon

Beautiful and obviously pretty unique. My sibling says hello and I totally agree about the quality and presence of this model. I’m wearing mine far more than my Rolex BLNR. ...

Thanks Cerachrom

Wow!!

This looks incredible! i didn't know about this model, I've only seen the boutique Overseas 3 hands but not this. This looks so much better than the blue dial!

Thanks Kelv

I would be very happy with lacquered blue dial version. I had a hard time choosing between this panda, the blue lacquered dial and the reverse panda. They are all great dials with different characters.

Nice catch, GWIS!

I tried this one on in Zürich, it is definitely the best of the Zürich LE series (there’s also the 3 hand version and if I remember right a third version in the special LE colors). I was tempted but the chrono is just 1-2mm too large for my wrist and I pr...

Limited edition pricing?

 By: janissary_mob : August 12th, 2019-18:24
Do you know what the pricing is on these limited edition pieces? I'm guessing it's a % markup on top of the original retail prices.

Thanks mrds

 By: GWIS : August 13th, 2019-11:51
Yes, the chronographs do wear quite large.

Wow! A lot going on there...

But VC pulls it all together nicely.

Thanks LS [nt]

Awesome rarity!

 By: janissary_mob : August 12th, 2019-18:21
Loving the two-tone dial on this thing, congrats! May I ask: What is the retail price on this? Is there a % markup from the standard overseas 3G chrono?

Thanks Janissary

 By: GWIS : August 13th, 2019-11:53
The price was the same as the regular chronograph.

V nice
