I love Vacherons RG color and the history. I'm pumped. I'll send pics tomorrow.

So the 14 day manual wind 42MM is twice the price, that's what I bought. Why is it double the price? I got a great deal on an unworn piece. I love manuals. My Dato up & down platinum one of my favorites but winding every 2 days a pain.

I haven't had the 14 day version for a long-term test drive to write a review. I've only had it on my wrist. It has to do with Vacheron Constantin's long term strategy. It's a bit too complex to give you a comprehensive reason why the 14 day is so much mo... 

I got a great deal on it as a BNIB New Old Stock. I love it. To me, not winding for 2 weeks a major benefit. My Lange's at 40 or so hours a pain. Thank you for the input. Vacheron offers the Black Dial RG today at $240K but Limited.

After 15 years of serious watch chasing , playing, trading etc I love Vacheron & for me those & my Lange's are clearly leaders of the pack. I do like a couple Blancpains as well.

I'm not at all a fan of white/gold combinations, but somehow this piece is touching me in a very good way! Wear it in the best of times! Daniel
