One recently sold here in USA for an incredible sum. The German is one third less. But yes, i agree the enamel USA is beautiful. I compromised. I took the engraved America's. oh well, money left over to save for later! The older Audubon series is also sky...

Beautiful watch! The Mercator is, to me, perhaps the most iconic Vacheron Constantin watch from the post-quartz era. As you might imagine, a Mercator is near the very top of my list, as well. This Germany, the France, the Japan, the Americas...I am not so...
