Personally I find hustling luggage through airports and taxis to be a pretty rough environment for a precious metal watch, so I really like the VC WT (steel case, included rubber strap, genuinely waterproof) for a true traveler's watch. Hard to think of a... 

... which is discontinued -- the WT or triple calendar. I'm glad I picked up the red triple calendar, but I also like the WT so I guess I lose either way! Kind regards, Dan

It will be much easier to set when it runs down than the complete calendar. The numeral and dial design is among my favorites for a vintage inspired piece.

I travel enough that it's easy to take the VC triple calendar with me, enjoy it, and just make a few updates with a toothpick on the flight home. I also appreciate the functionality. The triple calendar has its 'historical innovation' place on the road to...

In blue and as others have said I like the relative ease of setting it. And being in steel I don’t worry so much about wearing it as perhaps I would had I bought the gold. ...
