Four Days, One VC
I travel a fair amount for business, and will bring 1 or 2 watches with me depending on what exactly I am doing, which varies from boardrooms to construction sites. If I am only bringing one is is usually my Rolex GMT II, but this time I decided to go VC only for four days of trade association meetings in Memphis.
Let's hope I can get multiple images to post, it never seems to work for me ;-)
Sunday, travel day, T Shirt:
Monday - work groups, opening meeting, networking reception, good steak dinner:
Tuesday - meetings and more meetings:
Tuesday Afternoon / evening - a recent popular watch blog, it its comparison of 3 similarly priced dress watches, pronounced the Patrimony Traditionelle "not too demure for jeans and an Oxford" - works for me! Memphis style ribs for dinner.
Wednesday - final meeting, travel home. The sock / shirt combo got a lot of comments
As a serial watch rotation type of wearer, one watch for for days in arrow can sometimes bore me, but not this week - I found myself staring at the dial often, and always at the movement when taking it off in the evening.

Your VC Traditionelle is such a perfect watch. Dressy yet cool enough with jeans. I think your wg version is more versatile than my rg version, which looks a bit more formal when I am in dressed in causual wear Cheers Robin

Noticed your two very unique socks shown in the photos. Have you been to a store in NYC called "Ovadafut" that specializes in socks? I don't think it exists anymore, but that'd be cool place to shop for you. Oh, and of course, nice watch!
