Had a business meeting this afternoon and wearing my favorite Vacheron: the 1921 in platinum ...  

And what surprises me is that it’s so comfortable in wearing.

When I first saw it I fell in love with it. But I never realized that this watch is so well admired. Not only within the community of watch lovers who recognize it instantly, but also by people who are not into watches at all. I was and still am surprised...

Easier to read at those time. Our wrists are not naturally positioned in a watch reading position, thus, we say, "wrist move," when someone actually positions a watch in a "reading" position, if you will. My $0.02

That Harmony Calendar was my first Vacheron acquisition. I belief they have now discontinued the entire Harmony line, although only introduced few years back. I guess commercially not as attractive as hoped for. Regardless however, the Harmony is such a g...  

I am also considering one buying in the secondary market. Never understood why this model wasn’t economically successful. But I think it’s a full calendar, right? Best Thomas

Not quit sure how it’s called but I’ve got to manually set it during months with less than 31 days. So that’s 1 march, 1 May 1 July 1 1 Oct 1 dec But it’s simply pressing a button and that’s it

called a „full calendar“. With an „annual calendar“ you have only to correct the date at the end of February. That‘s the only difference to the „perpetual calendar“ where also the correction in February is made automatically. Best Thomas
