Outside of that, gloves work like skin. However, I see people practicing very bad habits with gloves. So many people act like gloves are self sterilizing.
When your hands come into contact with bacteria, even if you wear gloves, it's important to wash them. Otherwise, you're just transferring bacteria in the same way as bare hands.
