Good choice! It's a beautiful watch, a classical elegance like very few.
Recently, I've found myself caring about more the height than the size. I can accept a watch up to 40 mm but I have issues with those thick watches, say, thciker than 10 mm. I find them uncomfortable on wrist at most cases. But it's of course my personal bias. That the Patrimony 81180 is only 6.7mm high is definitely a plus.
