I have had more new watches with problems, but that has not been VCs so I don't
think it's worth discussing here.

Problem with my Newly Acquired Overseas Chrono!

I just got it today, and when I tried using the chrono function this evening, the chrono counter does not move. I tried a number of times already. I got it from a reputable AD from my city, so what should I do? I think is best to take it back to the AD fo...

so that if there is a problem then you have recourse to get it fixed. Take the watch and the passport to your AD and they will handle all the details of getting the watch back to VC for service. Vacheron Constantin prioritizes warranty work on their watch...

The model is the RG Overseas Chronograph. It is a beautiful watch and I really like it. My AD will be closed on Monday, so I will take it back on Tuesday to have it fix. Best regards, Baxter

I am sure My AD will fix it. It was fine when I tried it on two days ago at my AD. I did not try the chronograph function again when I paid for it yesterday(my mistake). I have confident that Vacheron can fix that for me! Btw, I also bought a Rolex Dayton...

At the dayton a is one of the all time iconic piece. I have a SS version and a YG version, and I have not so much as derived pleasure from it, but more comfort from knowing it's a solid piece of engineering that whilst not high horology, it's dependable, ...
