Ulysse Nardin Marine Tourbillon and Marine Torpilleur. Some of the very good Ulysse Nardin from these last years.

Many of us complained about the design of Ulysse Nardin Watches for these last years. And I have to include myself as I am not a big fan of these " Big X " watches. There are some nice exceptions to this observation, though. Such as the Marine Tourbillon....

A shame to cut a hole in a Granfd Feu dial...

Why not view the tourbillion from the rear?

No disaster,but it would..

Not be that hard to implement.

I like both of these quite a bit....

In fact, probably my two favorite UN timepieces. Darren

Both great example of what UN should be !

The only thing I would change on the tourbillon Is I always thought it looked a bit boring with all the components being mostly silver looking which does not bring much dimension when looking at it from the front! An open tourbillon should feel like “wow”...

Personally i build a bond with the two. I start collecting watches when the two launched. I had an eye on the chronometer diver (blue) and almost bought it. The bad guy who canceled the chronometer diver was my Omega Seamaster which was easier to get whil...

just saw it had a very large price increase

was just looking at these a few months ago, i'm partial to the blue dial. i remember is being 28k usd and now it's 33.8k. i wonder why the torpilleur is only 50m WR vs the 100m for the tourbillon.

The watches are made for...
