The trick with halting secons hand does not work in my case. I am trying to turn it counterclockwise and it's still running.
Also I found this review of Nardin PC watch with adjustment explanation.
As to seconds hand colour I found case Nr 1 and case Nr 23 which have also silver hands. Maybe nr 100 was the first one with red.
Russell I must admit you are lucky that I was not in the position to acquire your piece. I remember looking at the advertisment every day. As someone here said selling watch like that is a deadly sin.
