Definitely dark grey.
It can appear darker in some lighting conditions, but it is a very pleasant 70% grey or so. Here is another photo. With the platinum case, it is a very luscious appearance! ...

We have such a long history, we hold craftsmanship at its finest, we can manufacture nice watches like this one ...then suddenly we wake up and make our best to draw (end the sentence as you wish) watches
And this is just a simple piece, but so well executed.
I think of Freak, Sonata, 160, etc. when I look back. But this San Marco was a fine release by UN.
I remember being tempted but not having $ for it.
Over the years, I always wanted to add it, and when the opportunity presented, I pounced. They come up here and there, but only 200 samples in platinum. I was fortunate to find mine complete, and with a fresh UN factory service.
