The numerals/markers have a blue tint to them as well as the hands are blue....

and the crystal coating can have a tint to it but the lume is not blue. ...

I always liked that cream/white dial in combination with UN's marvelously blued hands. I am so sorry that they mostly replaced heat-blued hands with black laquer. In my opinion, a "Marine" timepiece with bright dial needs blue hands. Marcus

It is indeed the UN 353-66, and this particular watch can have quite a different appeal with different straps

I picked up mine with a dark brown leather strap, and somehow it didn't seem to quite fit for me. Changed to black rubber straps, and it looks and feels like a totally different watch. Although, I have never really thought about this watch with a metal st...
