I LIKE THIS WATCH
I liked it when it was introduced. I do not like the 'automatic' on the dial but I assume it is less vivid in the metal. I agree it's a catastrophe of overpricing, and you must be prepared for worst in the world resale if you fall out of love. Worse than almost any watch on earth, in this specific case. Sorry that I so often mention resale, but it is the elephant in the room. Buy it used or at a gray dealer who is respected and honest--and get a stupid price on it--and enjoy! I like it quite a bit. the Sellita base does not bother me any more than ETA ever bothered me inside older Omegas, and IWC's and all manner of high end watches up until recently... UN make incredible watches at every level.

Without the date window and the word add a depth rating on the dial. Make the minute hand orange and add a helium escape valve. That crown is going to need some protection. Then we’ve got a dive watch.

Nicolas do not like date complications. That is new for me. My grail watch have no date either. But i have no problems with date complications. And i have never consider a perpetual kalander. My watch crazy behavior is, i can not live without a big second...
