All these years since it was introduced, there are many personalities to choose from. But all are great.
May I know is it yellow or rose gold?
Thought they were only made in white and rose. Love this size best and the contrast between the deep blue vs. gold dial is so gorgeous.
I believe the first 3 digits of the reference are movement and metal.
016 is movement 01 and metal 6. Metal 6 is rose gold 5n.
I hate to question you, but did it? I believe it was only ever 2 models.
I've checked my brochures and the launch info from 2001 and it only mentions Rose Gold and White gold versions.
No a search reveals lots of incorrect attributions of Rose gold pieces to yellow gold.
There are only 2 references: 016-88 and 010-88. There would need to be a model 011-88 for it to be yellow gold. 01 - movement 01 xx6 - Rose gold 5n xx0 - White gold Timezone still has all the launch articles on the Freak and no reference to a third model ...
