Very simple, Helen . . .

 

. . . for every four perfectly ripened large Haas avocados, add:

1 chopped Roma tomato
1 bunch of diced green onions
2 diced jalapeños, seeded and de-veined
juice of 1/2 lemon
garlic salt
Tony Chachere's cajun seasoning
Morehouse yellow mustard

The avocados must be mashed as little as possible, and the blending should be performed as lightly as possible, too.

It's all about texture . . . too much mashing and blending is ruinous.
