Has anyone found a commonly available source of energy that is not caffeine?

 

Don't get nutty, people. keep it legal now, come on chuckle chuckle... but seriously... I do NOT LIKE COFFEE. I love coffee for 1 hour, then I hate the fast crash and need for more. So I generally do not drink coffee. I love tea, and drink a lot of it. No crash. However, tea does not have the visceral lift of coffee. I have heard interesting things about Matcha, but it did nothing for me. Am I missing something? But this post is really about, frankly, a source of widely available 'energy' and are there some variants out there we may not be aware of that work for you? (Please don't say diet and exercise! of course we all know that!) Thanks!!!
