The Best of Dubai.
What a trip, very impressed with the hospitality and variety of activities in this UAE state.
People love their Sheikh, who is humble and nice. Happy people, nice environment and weather this time of the year.
The whole area is full of constructions, getting ready for World Expo 2020, where they expect 20~40 million visitors. Universal Studio is building a theme park, just saw the entrance, and bigger malls on the rise.
Dubai Mall is also super huge with >1200 stores and we cannot walk or shop all.
I was there for 6 nights, with the new Sony RX-100M4, quite impressed with this little camera, fits my needs with very little messing around with the settings....or actually I'm only good in iAuto, to be honest 
).
).We took 900+ photos in 6 days...too many to share so I'll pick some highlights by each day.
Definitely a place to visit again....Enjoy.

See that a lot here, saw another RR on tow, but maybe it's delivery.

Magnificent building, Burj Khalifa, wonder how long it will hold its tallest title.
Saw the Police Chief in the mall, guess who is the chief? You might be surprised.
Dates - Bateel is a good store for this delicacy.
Wrist shot, brought my 5726 and the Spectre for action this trip.
Have to visit some nice watch stores, right. I also visited GO.
The famous Gold Souk....Rolex, Hublot, anyone?
Lots of touting. We went to see the replica Sublets, selling from AED 500 to 2000, you'll be amazed by the Made in India quality

A sad event last New Year's eve that the Address Hotel...
Was burnt and partly destroyed...I was thinking to stay there next !!! Too much fire work?? No, it was an electrical issue. Good thing not many were hurt. Rgds Raymond
