It was a very nice day which I spent working and then breaking bread with beloved friends. Very low profile, I must say, but I am over the bells and whistles of birthdays and just enjoy all the genuine expressions of appreciation that others have towards me. Wether a facebook message, txt message, email, phone call, it is nice to know you are cherished by the people around you, and even those a little bit farther apart.
