the gated runaway with the United plane sitting on the tarmac is easily my pick of the crop this time around ....

That seemed so incongruous. There were lots of sights to choose from this morning, and the plane was much more interesting than an old building, two shipping containers and a seagull! Mike ...

And as you now mention it, I do vaguely recall reading or hearing about some physiologic phenomena related to being connected with the earth by walking barefoot. It’s just in the case of this jogger, I didn’t make the connection as he was on concrete and ... 

but we have gravel and little stones in our front yard, and it’s 40 paces to the sidewalk, so the pain of finding a few with my heel has convinced me to get my Earthing some other way! Like pulling weeds…. ...
