Unfortunately, I haven't been back to Singapore for a few years, thus I planned on visiting next year 
. I can't wait to see all the new malls & head out to Newton Circus for hawker center style food.
PS: Look forward to your food post -- hopefully you have my favorite dish: Thai Pandan Leaf Chicken picture. Amazingly, in LA, none of the Thai restaurant I frequent offers Pandan Leaf Chicken. I wonder if that dish is only offered in Singapore & Jakarta (I've never been to Thailand, so maybe Daos can comment on this ).
