Don’t forget the whole “bonus point” thing, win=4, win and score 4 tries=5. So Scotland could end up on 15 points with two bonus point wins. However if Japan lose to Scotland by 7 points or less they too get a losing “bonus point”, so also 15 points. ...

That's my prediction. I know the All Blacks are always the favorites. Hoping for a Welsh surprise. Anybody else filled out the Bloomberg bracket (RUGB GO). I got the Scotland - Ireland, Japan - Ireland, Uruguay - Fiji and Uruguay - Georgia games wrong.
