When I was living in the Bay Area, Michael, I would listen to Scully call Dodgers games on a Sony multi-band transistor radio . . .
. . . that was able to pick up broadcasts with minimal interference. When Jerry Reuss pitched a no-hitter in Candlestick, I was listening on the radio instead of watching on TV just for the allure of Vinnie's voice and incomparable baseball patois. Thanks...
