Before our drive home we went back for round 2 of Phil's. This time we shared a plate of the baby back ribs and of course another helping of onion rings beef ribs and Silberstein from our first dinner And baby back ribs for late lunch before our drive bac...

I'm jealous that you got to try Chef John's Fish&Chips! Sounds like it is as good as Mike said it is. Definitely have to make a trip down to SD. Did you walk around the Hotel Del? -MW

I really wanted to do a segway tour but didn't book early enough so will have to go back to see more of the city. If you're in the area definitely go to Chef Johns for some great fish and chips. Regards, ED-209

Hi darrony, it was a fun trip and there's so many places to try out. Moo Time Creamery was really good, the peach ice cream reminds me of Fosselman's version in Pasadena, CA. Very cool that you'll be in SD this weekend, let us know if you find any awesome... 

Growing up in south Pasadena... My fav flavor is green apple sherbet... Will try to find a new place to eat; but phillz maybe calling me. My fav seafood is blue water grill... Very good but you have to go off hours like phillz.

I need to try one of those Fun Cats next time I'm there.

The Fun Cats were awesome and the chaise type seating for two was relaxing. Definitely recommend trying it. It's open to the public and they also have other things like sail boats, jet skis and bicycles. Regards, ED-209
