I’m not THAT old!
My first view of the area was about 1969 when I started working just off the Torrance airport’s SE end, by the bowling alley.
I remember we did have electricity at the plant… stamping out wing ribs on a hydro-forming machine then folding the edges … in fact I can show you some scars I still have from that job.
Looking forward to the long weekend....

Yup it is. I bet the beach houses back then weren’t mansions like they are now.
