That day itself was a miracle to the people detained in Auschwitz but the realisation of the Holocaust was one of the biggest tragedy and crime in human history. A very important day!

Can we please remember out of respect, that this is about the anniversary of the Liberation of Auschwitz and the realisation that the Holocaust was one of the biggest tragedies and crimes in human history.
Personally, I still find the inhumanity bewildering …
So many people were complicit in this crime against humanity.
Just watched an episode of ‘Upstairs Downstairs’ last night…
…that was about the Kindertransport issue. Very sad but fortunately many did get out.
