Actually it shouldn’t be a huge problem.

I had my share of flat and damaged tyres.
180 kph with a Ducati 916SPS in a long righthander, it just whobbled a bit and made me realize i had to slowly back off. At home i found there was only 0.5 insread of 2.2 kilo of pressure left.
An exploding tyre at 140 kph in my Golf 3 tdi, at first i felt the car slowing down so i throttled up, until i realized i probably had a problem. So i stopped after approx 2 km ... that tyre was quite hot with zero pressure left.
Same story as above with a rental car doing 160 kph.
Worst was on the German autobahn while driving a Ferrari FF .... i felt the car behaving strangely during a 25 km drive with speeds up to 230 kph, normally i would have taken it to 300 or so. Suddenly my friend sitting next to me told me to pull over and check the car. We slowed down to an almost standstill when the tyre exploded .... ripping off parts of the fender and rear diffusor. I have a feeling that this time it was a close call 😬😬😬.
