TimeOut

A pool cue that will take more than a half century to complete

I was keeping this a loosely kept secret. It's far behind schedule. As far as I know it literally if gone through official Guinness process would be a world's record on many fronts for a hand made cue. It's priceless and nearly impossible to make. Two of the key cue makers have now since passed on. My fear is that a third person had a heart attack building parts for it below. We need one more critical part that is for the structure of the cue. It over 50 (fifty) years in the making. It could be one of the most technically difficult cues to build and also play. Gold has very different properties than steel affects balance and feel.

If we get to final assembly, I can share mockups of the cue. There will be no other cue exactly like this one ever again. It has 4 Hall of Fame Cue Makers building it and a blank check.

The cue started life in 1975. But the first cue maker died of a heart attack, I think the second cue maker also died of heart condition.
