No idea lol

 By: Bruno.M1 : June 6th, 2020-03:00
The clock and caterpillar are different in the last line If they were the same it would be 31

than it is 26 ...here's why

 By: Bruno.M1 : June 6th, 2020-03:32
caterpillar is 5 Flower is 2 Clock at 6 o'clock is 6 Caterpillar with flower on her head is 7 Clock 5 o'clock is 5 Last line 6 + (4 x 5 )=26 6 because it's a caterpillar without flower so 5 ... but I count 1 extra because it's body has an extra 'part'

Correct. [nt]

28 [nt]

 By: KC74 : June 6th, 2020-03:17

My logic to arriving at 26 is

 By: KC74 : June 6th, 2020-06:02
The last worm has an extra dot marking which in total is 6 dots. Last worm no longer wears the flower which has a value of 2. Thus [2+2] from 2 flowers, multiply with [5] from 5’oclok, sum it up to 20 and +6.

Yes! [nt]

 By: fernando : June 6th, 2020-03:13

Haha 19 FIRM

 By: Fjan : June 6th, 2020-05:03
Sorry I saw the last row wrongly.. I thought is X + Y + Z=? So my answer minus my careless mistake is ... 7 + 2 x 6=19 πŸ₯‚

Ok lets try

 By: Jurry : June 6th, 2020-03:24
The caterpillar has 7 eye shaped marks and each is one point because top line is 3 caterpillars and value 21 So 1 caterpillar eye is 1 point 2 clocks at 6 plus one caterpillar of 7 equals 19, hence the 2 clocks are 12 points hence one c lock at 6 is 6 poi...

Correction

 By: Jurry : June 6th, 2020-03:25
One flower is 2 points so 4 in total so bottom line is 17 not 19

Fun. Does this compute:

 By: ArmisT : June 6th, 2020-03:36
caterpillar=7 clock=6 flower=2 In final equation, accounting for order of operations would give you 6(2)+7=19

Wait! Jurry makes a point...

 By: ArmisT : June 6th, 2020-03:39
Nope, all wrong. Pics in final all have nuances, therefore my logic is wrong since there are 2 undefined variables that can’t be solved for. Fernando, how can you do this to us on a Saturday morning?! Nice one.

I'd Go with 26

 By: nafetS : June 6th, 2020-03:52
Could also be 25.

Order of operations gets me

 By: Spangles - Dr. Tabby : June 6th, 2020-08:50
Caterpiller with flower is 7 6 o' clock clock is 6 Flower alone is 2 Caterpiller without flower is maybe 5 ( minus 2 for the flower, or maybe the flower is multiplicative and it's 3.5) 5 o'clock clock is maybe 5 So you multiply before you add. 5 o'clock c...

OK let's reveal the correct answer.

 By: fernando : June 6th, 2020-08:57
It's 26. Congrats to those who got it right! Hope you guys had fun.

A simple explanation.

 By: fernando : June 6th, 2020-09:03
You multiply the 2 flowers which is 4 by the clock which is 5=20 and add 6 for the caterpillar which has 6 sections without the flower.

Ha, but is the flower alone worth 2, but only worth 1 when counted as a section on the head of a caterpillar?

I should have paid better attention in botany class!
