Yes, it is quite a beautiful Seiko. The inner ring is not a regular compass, with magnetic properties. The inner ring is more for orientation only. You can determin orientation with the hour hand and the inner ring. I will tell you tomorrow how it works e...

800 calories in 30 minutes would mean a very, very quick run. Usually I run 35-40 minutes and burn gently 400 calories as I run three to four times a week, in my dieting regime ... 🥕

You should incorporate planking it helps I do 10 15 minutes 2 3 x a week.
