I think some of the paranoia is probably justified but most is not. Personally,
I was never a wash my hands for 20 seconds kind of guy. A splash of water, a little soap and a few seconds later I was done. Now, I put in the full 20 seconds, if not more, even in the small office we work in. I don't touch anything that is not on my desk...

Hand sanitizer is good. Washing is also well, they say alcohol is better to kill organisms. Antibacterial soap modifies an organism but immunities may be built up. Alcohol is like a bullet to the head, they say.

I do hear airfare is super cheap, and a beach office sounds super cool right about now. I guess I do understand the concern, I guess, personally, I didn’t appreciate being called out, so to speak.

Many offices (EMEA HQs) are already shut down here in Switzerland, and we're all working from home. At least, enjoy saving time on the commute
