What is the building in the third-to-last photo?

The temple is built for King Chulalongkorn who was king of Thailand and he visited the area in 1898. In his honor, this temple (pavilion) was built about 20 years ago. Available in Ragunda Jämtland Sweden

Looks like going to be a long while before that can happen.
