Couldn’t find the Namiki refill here, and so, i brought the refill to a very large stationary store, and found something which matched. It was a simple pilot G2 refill. Good luck finding the refill. Frustrating isn’t it? That’s why I switched to fountain ...

would Cartier be of any help? There are several generic refill companies out there.

They referred me the refill selection on their homepage.

possible again I must take the pen with me and ask. Ordering outside EU is a little bit troublesome due to extra taxes and custom clearance.

... not only you can buy refills, you can even arrange your pen to be serviced / overhauled by Cartier. Mine went back a couple of years ago and the pen came back like brand new. Good luck 🥂 Jen ...  

Serviced/overhauled could be an option to choose from in my case.
