It mostly depends on wether the consideration is mostly practical or emotional. If practical, then absolutely real estate.... If emotional then there are more conflicting choices to ponder , a toss-up between a watch, a car, and an airplane ........

A self-sustaining island for my Muse / myself with chickens, a garden... and all-year warm tropical climate with crystal blue waters.
Add in a state-of-the-art ground-based observatory... good for 'measuring' time. A fully 'furnished' watch / clock maker's room would be welcome, though the observatory takes priority.
