I was thinking too much of theire prices some ten years or more ago. Today they are not really value for money. To be fair: all others went also up, quite a lot!
I don't own any C&J shoes. But I do like some of their styles!
They don't have a store in the Western USA, so I'd have to fly to London to get them. Normally that's not a problem, but it is hard to travel during COVID!

Barney's New York (prior to closing) use to carry C&J. I found my pair at their SF location. Selection was small but they always had few of the popular models.
That's true! I do recall seeing a very few pairs at Barney's in San Francisco.
I always like to buy shoes from a shoe store because this way I can ask the shoe store to polish and do some light maintenance for me. My guy at John Lobb is amazing. Which reminds me, I ought to send him a gift!
