What's so unusual about this piece?

After owning this piece for more than a year, I just recently realized something (else) very unique about it. Sure, I knew it was something special, but then I noticed something on the back. Actually, there are three unique details in this photo. One is clearly the signature, but what are the other two? 

Needless to say, this is the most special piece in my collection and to me it is simply priceless!

The reference number. CAR2A5D There is nothing documenting this as a bespoke piece, which it is. If you look up the reference number online, it’s a ghost! It doesn’t exist (at least online)...until now!
