Can I ask you an odd question ?

I got the “last” Monaco Gulf watch today form my good friend and AD and it has arrived with a plain black box. He was able to get the watch secured with his rep and was told it’s discontinued and was the last one in the uk so I’m obviously delighted - apart from the box - I thought it came in a blue box with stripes ?
