Wow --- it looks like you own more Seikos than Patek's *total* number of (different, men's) references currently in regular production....65 vs. 56! ;-))

It's the first time I'm doing this good exercise (coincidentally, right before people will probably start leaking the next run-off list! ;-)), and it simply uses the updated full lineup from Patek's official site:
Possible mistakes aside, I came up with 56 as the number of *different, men's, wristwatch* references we currently have in catalog. I obviously exercised a small degree of subjectivity, but by *men's* I only considered the 5xxx and 7xxx references (with the exception of part of the Aquanaut line); *different* implies that I mostly didn't account for possible dial/metal/strap variations of a given reference (e.g., the 5712G, 5712R, 5712/1A, and 5712/1R count as one, but the 5230P and 5231G count as two). Also, for obvious reasons, a small number of out-of-catalog models (Rare Handcrafts, one-offs, etc.) were not included.
I think this gives an equally good sense of Patek's regular production as the total of 154 (or the total per each of the nine collections) that you can see on the official site. A pretty important number for Patek, with an ever-increasing and reasonably diverse offering for ladies (or in the end, for both genders) as well!
Cheers.
