What are the best Seiko watches to collect on a budget?

I know no one wants to hear or think of it, but we are approaching the holiday season so I was surprised that my sister had asked me what I wanted for Christmas (budget) around $100 USD I know it’s not much (sorry if prices aren’t allowed) but I wanted those who are curious in case they ask. I originally wanted a Casio Edifice Chronograph with Dual time but the website I found it one was kind of a pain. So I started searching Seiko and came across this one

It’s a Quartz 1/20th what seems to be either a 12hr or 12hr and 30 minute counter at the 6? It’s hard for me to tell. I know the bracelet isn’t the best and will probably be switched for a nato depending if I find it comfortable. I also noticed it’s lacking lume not really a dealbreaker but it would be nice. Anyways this would be my second Seiko but first chronograph from them. Ok upon a closer look I do see two hands at the 6 O’Clock register but still can’t figure out if it could be a dual sub dial or maybe an alarm? Anyways thanks for reading this long post and please let me know of other Seiko recommendations in that affordable price range.

I think that series of Seiko chronos is fine. They do have a two-hand subdial at 6 (although some have alarms). You would have to send the actual Seiko model number for me to be sure. They are fine watches -- I have had several of them. Cazalea

Let me see
