My lovely baby marine master

My first real watch and god I love it.

This so good I can't help but to share it.
Took this (dare I say) Hodinkee worthy wink picture of my baby marine master, yesterday.

It has so much going for it.

Seiko's own automatic movement with 50 hour power reserve, quick date setting and hacking seconds. It's sapphire crystal, beautiful case finishing, the crisp 120 click bezel action (seriously look at that bezel),

The beautiful matte black dial, the applied hour markers, the impressive lume and 200m water resist.

The bezel was what won me over, I love how it changes the character of the watch.
Depending on how it catches light, it will go from a metallic light-blue to black.

I'm smitten.

I wish you all a great day/evening/night
Stay healthy

Regards from Denmark

Great size too. What is the exact reference (name or number) of this watch?

Prospex 200m ref. SBDC063 aka. blue baby marine master

Thanks! On paper it's dimensions seemed too much for me initially, but it wears much smaller and sits nicely on the wrist. Especially on the comfy French elastic strap

Congratulations Jonas!

You got yourself a very nice watch. And you combined the colors very well! Enjoy. René

Thank you! :) [nt]

This piece is awesome and will certainly replace my trusty Seiko 7002 soon. I, like you, find its bezel an absolute stunner. And the price-quality ratio is very interesting on that one. Can you remind us its reference? I am getting lost with Seiko and Gra...

The watch looks great - but I can’t say the same for your keyboard

Did the SEIKO do that damage? Or your previous watch? 🙁 Welcome to WatchProSite and the Seiko forum. Cheers, Cazalea

Thank you!

Unintentionally the wear on my laptop accentuate the crisp look of the watch. The wear is simply due to years of use, post-it notes and even notes written directly on it sometimes. Cheers!
